Our Friends at the Fextralife Team Introduce a Dedicated Space for Mods

The customization scene is more more expansive or so sought after as it is today. Modders who crafted innovative systems for classics such as Skyrim and Baldur’s Gate III have secured major industry jobs. Entire games were created leveraging prior work. Someone even figured out how to make Silksong a little easier.

Certainly, in this era, all things look feasible with an idea, programming abilities, and a little gumption. Therefore, it’s expected that an increasing number of companies is seeking to back that ever-growing modification scene, and that our pals at Fextralife are getting in on the action. This week, the resource hub announced it would broaden its services with the FXMods platform, an innovative gaming modification site created for gamers who seek a fast, free, and unthrottled customizations to improve their favorite games.

FXMods assures to be a free platform with unrestricted download rates, instant access, and integration with the extensive Fextralife knowledge base, which intends to permit creators to achieve greater visibility as users find their downloadables alongside additional resources.

What is the goal for FXMods? I asked Matt Hook from Fextralife, who has been fully engaged in shepherding the project.

The core of our effort is really trying to put the users first,” Hook explains. “We want a superb interaction for mod users to be able to download mods swiftly and simply, and we want to compensate modification authors and members of the community with recognition and incentives.”
